To select shots for VFX, we will need an EDL in the following format:

000001 A009_C001_11299A V C 09:11:58:13 09:12:01:02 01:00:11:23 01:00:14:12
*FROM CLIP NAME: abc_0020
000002 A010_C002_11299A V C 09:11:50:13 09:12:01:02 00:00:11:23 01:00:14:12
*FROM CLIP NAME: abc_0030

The *FROM CLIP NAME field should contain the name of the graphic shot.
In this example — abc_0020 and abc_0030.

If a shot consists of multiple layers, you can specify the required layer names in the FROM CLIP NAME field

000001 A009_C001_11299A V C 09:11:58:13 09:12:01:02 01:00:11:23 01:00:14:12
*FROM CLIP NAME: abc_0010_layer1
000002 A010_C002_11299A V C 09:11:50:13 09:12:01:02 00:00:11:23 01:00:14:12
*FROM CLIP NAME: abc_0010_layer2

All requested shots must be included in a single EDL.
The EDL must not contain any retimes, effects, or subclips.

If the VFX require stock or phone-shot footage with a different framerate, a separate EDL should be created for this material.

A video reference (MOV PRORES PROXY) matching the EDL must also be provided.

Additionally, we will need information on any zoomed-in shots in the edit so that we can deliver them in maximum resolution.
